Arkansas Unemployment Rate Falls to 5 Percent"Arkansas' unemployment rate fell from 5.6 percent in January to 5 percent in February, the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services said Friday. For the 12-month period, manufacturing saw a loss of 7,200 jobs and durable goods saw a loss of 4,700. Nondurable goods dropped by 2,500 jobs.
