Flooding in Hardy250 people in the town of Hardy have been evacuated due to flooding. The Spring River rose to dangerous levels yesterday. The mayor ordered an evacuation 2pm Tuesday. One person had to be rescued by boat. No one was injured. Over 100 structures are either under water or not accessible. Most of the displaced residents are staying in motels. |
